Rarely does a product-centric brand have as ravenous and loyal following as ChapStick. Insights told us they love flavors; fans get jazzed about new flavors, and they love layering flavors to create a tasty formula on their lips. They are so devoted, they have zillions of tubes. They find them in unexpected places and lose them everywhere. So loyal, we created merch for them! We successfully implemented a new voice, verbal language and refreshed look. Engagement has exceeded goals.
